Welcome
My name is Kaycie Smith and I teach Reading and Language Arts. I am a graduate from Tarleton State University and I am entering into my 7th year teaching- 6 of those being 5th grade at Gatesville Intermediate. I am a long time Gatesville resident and I reside with my husband and college age daughter.
This year my classes will rotate into Mrs. Dubay's classroom and Mrs. Simmon's classroom for Math and Science instruction. I am looking forward to getting this school year started and learning about reading!
